Coming with a 'lifetime' limited warranty, our 6mm walled, polyurethane foam-filled cavity CUTLASS float units should not be confused with other market options using expanded polystyrene, or other open cell foaming. Our closed cell foaming ensures no water logging is possible, even if the shell is punctured.
Floats are designed to accept 50 x 100mm framing stock, come complete with four M10 threaded bolting points, and the compression and chine derived stability advantages of rectangular profiling. Advised max (balanced) load, 400 kg per float. 6mm and 8mm wall, empty cavity variants also available.
